Project details :
The dealers create DRs on OSS, print a copy of the DR and get it signed by the
end customer before faxing/emailing it to Bobcat Service department. The signed
copy of the DR is then verified and DR is confirmed by the Bobcat service
department to start warranty on the inventory and release any applicable
credits to the dealer.
